Energy Alchemy

Energy Alchemy is the transformation of Life Force Energy in the body—also known as Tonalli in Nahuatl, the Aztec language—that translates to "sacred essence energy." Health and well-being are determined by the quality of life force energy within us.

Low Life Force Energy can feel dense and heavy in the body. It can show up as a refusal to let go of past experiences, the denial of experiences, and the presence of other people's energies in the energy field. Old programming and patterns block our way forward and keep us cycling through loops of fear, anxiety, sadness, and anger.

When there is any type of trauma, there may have been an out-of-body experience which can lead to parts of our Tonalli to leave the body for safety. These energies can hover outside our body like susto—a folk illness that causes an imbalance in the body. These parts are waiting for us to make a safe space in the system for the return to wholeness, good health, and well-being.

Some symptoms that may show up when life force energy is low:

• Fatigue

• Running on fumes

• Difficulty finishing tasks

• Feeling ungrounded or overwhelmed

• Mental fog

• Stuck in fight-or-flight or freeze mode

• Yellowed skin tone

• Ignoring body signals and saying yes when you mean no

• Repeating unhealthy patterns

• Anxiety or depression

• Emotional eating or loss of appetite

As we remove blockages and dense energy, & call missing parts of our spirit back to us we are able to vibrate at the same frequency of our truest desires and show up for life as the best version of ourselves.

I work with a variety of sacred practices & techniques to clear, reset & restore the body system to optimal alignment & health such as: folk herbalism, candle work, Theta Healing techniques, spoken word & prayer just to name a few.

Pláticas

Pláticas, also known as spiritual counseling, are a sacred, traditional Mesoamerican practice honored by Yucatec Maya and Mexica (Aztec) medicine keepers. The practice of  platicas (heart straightening talks or spiritual counseling) involves verbally confessing a story, and the healer asking questions for a further release.

“The purpose of heart straightening was to restore internal order to the individual’s physical being by returning the heart to its proper place from which it had been dislocated. Verbal expression was understood as being curative by ejecting the energies associated with the story from the body. Tlazolteotl, the goddess of restoration and filth, was believed to remove people’s impurities during the platica, while her earthly diviners were responsible for listening and inquiring.”

This is an ancient practice of connecting, sharing, releasing, witnessing, and communing within a sacred space facilitating the transformation of energies that need to shift.

We start our session by dropping into a subtle meditative state. This state can be induced with shamanic breathing, stimulation of the olfactory system, the rattle, drumming, presence, voice intonations and/or cadence. In this state we have better access to the subconscious parts of us, better able to allow the “shadow” parts of us to be revealed and sifted through. Bringing them into the light, helps us to change the patterns and stories connected to them.

Limpias

Limpias are a cleansing of our bodies, fields, parts, particles, and essence, on a quantum level. They are generally combined with Platicas (Heart Straightening Talks or Spiritual Counseling) and Shamanic Energy Clearing. Limpias, or energy therapy, are sacred traditional practices that cleanse the aura of negative energy or energetic influences. They can also create space for new opportunities and energies to emerge in one’s life.

Our living spaces often hold similar frequencies to what we’re working to alchemize, so a sacred cleansing and blessing of spaces such as homes or offices can be beneficial, especially during transitions or changes. This allows for the blossoming of fresh, new energies. Homework may also be given based on the client's needs.

Tarot & Oracle Card Readings 

As a tool for divination, the Tarot and Oracle cards draw upon symbols to stimulate the subconscious mind of the reader. It tends to activate the right brain awakening intuition.

Every time we sit with the cards, we pull from our own wisdom, while communicating with our divine team and higher self. Conversations with the Divine. The cards will show you what you need to see, not what you want to see. More clarity around situations will be available to you, while bringing forth the shadow aspect of life into the light for transformation, also known as alchemy. 

Tarot can be a guiding hand of inspired action, a breath of fresh air or sigh of relief, bringing some hope for what's to come, knowing that everything will work out in the end because you hold the keys to your success within, and the Tarot can show you how. 

Tarot does not tell your future, as nothing is set in stone, we have been gifted with free will, so no divination practice can truly predict what's to come, it can only shine a light, a beacon of insight that you then have the free will to choose what to do with. It's incredibly empowering and humbling at the same time. 

Card readings work best when you remain curious and open to the messages that come through, these whispers from the subconscious, and with awareness you are able to create a life more in alignment with your highest potential.
